Does the Galaxy S25 have eSIM?

Galaxy S25 has eSIM in Europe, Latin America and Brazil, and so does the S25 FE.
How to check on your phone in 10 seconds
- Dial *#06# in the Phone app. If an EID number appears on screen, your phone has eSIM.
- In Settings, open About phone and check the model number: if it ends in B, it’s the European version; if it ends in E or M, the Latin American one.

- Europe, Latin America and Brazil: yes. The S25 and S25 FE have eSIM, as well as the physical SIM slot.
- Your SIM and the travel eSIM at the same time: each with its own line, yours for calls and texts and the eSIM for data.
- Versions from China and Hong Kong (SM-S9310) don’t have eSIM. If your S25 comes from there, check it with *#06#.

Requirement: the phone must be unlocked
As well as having eSIM, the phone must be carrier-unlocked. If you bought it from an operator and it’s locked, it may not accept an eSIM from another company: ask them before you travel.
