What to include in your message

With this, there is no need for three rounds of emails:

  • Your order reference, in the format GLW-XXXXXX. You will find it in your confirmation email.
  • The email address you bought with, if you are writing from a different one.
  • What exactly is happening: which step you are stuck on and what you see on screen.
  • Your phone model, if you can, for example “iPhone 13” or “Samsung S23”.
