Order
Installation
- When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the Glowi line. Without it you won’t have internet.
- Install it before you travel, on Wi-Fi or mobile data: you need a connection to install it.
- The QR code can only be installed once. If you’ve already installed it, you don’t need to do it again.
- Don’t delete the eSIM from your phone after installing it.
When you arrive
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → choose the Glowi line → turn on “Data Roaming”. And under “Mobile Data”, select Glowi as your data line.
Android: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Mobile data: Glowi; then Mobile networks → turn on “Data roaming”. (Menu names may vary by manufacturer.)
Don’t worry: roaming on the Glowi line costs nothing extra, it’s already included in your plan. To avoid charges from your own carrier, keep roaming turned off on your usual line.
